This notice explains how Polara Search handles information you share through this marketing website. It does not describe the separate Polara client portal.
When you contact us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and, if you choose to provide it, company name. We use this information to answer your inquiry and follow up on the conversation you started. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
The form is delivered through Formspark, which stores the submission and sends a notification to Polara Search. Formspark also processes technical details such as an IP address and browser information to deliver the form and filter spam. We keep correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain our business records.
When you visit the site
Cloudflare serves this website and processes technical request data needed to deliver and protect it. We have not added analytics or advertising tags to the website. Links to other websites, including LinkedIn, follow those sites’ own privacy practices.
Your questions and choices
You can ask us about information you sent through the contact form, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@polarasearch.com. We may need to keep some information when required for legitimate business or legal records.
